The room is big and comportable. Bed and shower were really nice. Room cleaning service is very good.
We booked it for a low price. It is located within walking distance to the Union Station, which allowed us to reach destinations via the subway.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. It was also within walking distance of Grand Union Central bus station, which was very convenient, as I was due to catch a bus from 11:30am the next day.

The room was very clean and it looked renovated. It smelled like bleach and cleaning products so it had a very refreshing odour to it. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The towels and bed sheets were also very clean. The bathroom was great and huge too. It didn't have any nasty mold or anything. The employees were nice and friendly.

Location is very close to Union station, and Olvera street with its Mexican market and restaurants. Hotel room was dated, but large with comfortable beds, large ensuite with powerful shower and plenty of hot water. I believe that they have started renovating rooms. They minded our luggage for a few hours before our flight.

I liked how friendly the staff was. I enjoyed the fan strength, the ac worked very well and that made me very satisfied. I liked how soft the bed was and the sheets used. I also liked the towels and the soap.

A bit off beaten path. Very close to popular Olvera Street and Union Station. Room was clean and comfortable. TV offered many stations. Check-in was okay, a bit slow. Expect to return to your car to place parking ticket on dash.

I like that this location is close to the Union Station where you can move around the city to save money. The room was clean, it had all the necessities that one can expect. I was not expecting the room to be luxurious since I was always out exploring the city.
